Our Menu

More than any other single factor, it’s our menu that has made the Mustard Café^® restaurant brand the runaway success it is today.

A Mustard Café^® sandwich starts with the freshest ingredients skillfully arranged on your choice of six artisan breads. We dress it with one of six gourmet mustards. We pile it high with the finest Boar’s Head meats and sublime cheeses. And sandwiches are only a portion of the Mustard Café menu. We exhibit the same care and attention to detail in the preparation of our signature salads, soups and breakfast selections.

Back when we were developing the initial menu for our very first Mustard Café location, we held tasting parties for 30 to 40 people. Attendees rated each item on a 1-to-10 scale, and we instantly withdrew from the menu anything rated 9 or below. In time, we arrived at the current menu, a savory set of perfect 10s. 

The search for new and exciting menu items—the quest for those perfect 10s—persists to this day. Like our brand strength, our base of loyal customers, and our franchise network, our menu will continue to grow right along with us.
